Living awake and doing something about what’ s not working in your life
Do you feel at times that you are in autopilot mode? Do you feel like you have a lack of joy in your life? Do you find you repeat the same unhealthy pattern over and over again and don’t seem to be making changes for your highest good? Treat yourself to some self-reflection time and increase your self-awareness about what’s working and what’s not working in your life. Identify what you are doing and not doing about your situation and let yourself be inspired and empowered by creating a plan to live your life differently with more joy, presence, fulfillment and motivation!
Ages: 16 yrs. to 99 yrs.
